Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3–7 years of UAE procurement experience in framing, interiors, fit-out, construction materials, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with proven ability to achieve cost reductions.
• Excellent knowledge of supplier sourcing, vendor management, and procurement planning.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, email communication, and documentation management.
• Professional, proactive, and capable of performing under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• UAE driving license and existing supplier network will be a strong advantage.
• Lead complete procurement operations for framing materials, glass, wood, hardware, accessories, machinery items, and operational supplies.
• Identify reliable local and international suppliers to achieve the best quality, pricing, and delivery performance.
• Negotiate aggressively with vendors to secure cost savings, favorable payment terms, and long-term business partnerships.
• Handle strategic purchasing decisions to support production timelines and project execution without delays.
• Conduct detailed quotation analysis, price comparisons, and supplier evaluations for management approval.
• Monitor market trends, material price fluctuations, and sourcing opportunities to improve procurement efficiency.
• Ensure uninterrupted material availability through proper stock planning and inventory coordination.
• Coordinate closely with production, store, accounts, and sales departments for smooth workflow operations.
• Manage urgent procurement requirements and fast-track purchasing activities under tight deadlines.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company standards, UAE regulations, and quality requirements.
• Maintain professional procurement records, supplier databases, contracts, and purchasing reports.
• Track shipments, logistics, and supplier commitments to ensure timely deliveries and operational continuity.
• Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
