Procurement, Planning & Project Coordination Engineer

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes including supplier coordination, quotations, material tracking, and delivery follow-up
• Support project planning activities and monitor progress against schedules and deliverables
• Prepare and maintain project tracking reports, progress updates, and coordination logs
• Coordinate project documentation, records, and handover requirements
• Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and management to ensure smooth project execution
• Follow up on pending technical submissions, approvals, procurement items, and operational requirements
• Maintain organized project data and reporting systems
• Support management in coordination, reporting, and operational follow-up activities
• Assist in maintaining project workflows through platforms such as Asana, Zoho, and related systems

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement, planning, project coordination, or construction operations
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced project environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and reporting tools
• Experience with project management and tracking systems is preferred
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Arabic language proficiency is considered an advantage
• Valid Iqama with transferable sponsorship preferred
• Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage

Preferred Background

• Experience in construction, fit-out, or finishing projects
• Familiarity with handover documentation and project reporting procedures
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities
