About This Role
Overview
We are currently seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Procurement & Planning Engineer to support ongoing construction and fit-out operations across multiple projects.
The role requires strong coordination capabilities, project follow-up, reporting skills, and operational support across procurement, planning, and project execution functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement processes including supplier coordination, quotations, material tracking, and delivery follow-up
- Support project planning activities and monitor progress against schedules and deliverables
- Prepare and maintain project tracking reports, progress updates, and coordination logs
- Coordinate project documentation, records, and handover requirements
- Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and management to ensure smooth project execution
- Follow up on pending technical submissions, approvals, procurement items, and operational requirements
- Maintain organized project data and reporting systems
- Support management in coordination, reporting, and operational follow-up activities
- Assist in maintaining project workflows through platforms such as Asana, Zoho, and related systems
Requirements
- Proven experience in procurement, planning, project coordination, or construction operations
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced project environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and reporting tools
- Experience with project management and tracking systems is preferred
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Arabic language proficiency is considered an advantage
- Valid Iqama with transferable sponsorship preferred
- Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage
Preferred Background
- Experience in construction, fit-out, or finishing projects
- Familiarity with handover documentation and project reporting procedures
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities
