Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **procurement pharmacist cum administrative assistant** to manage pharmaceutical procurement processes while supporting daily administrative operations.

The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain inventory efficiency, and assist in office coordination.

Key Responsibilities: Procurement & Pharmacy Duties

  • Manage procurement of pharmaceutical products.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers for quotations and orders
  • Ensure all procured products comply with MOH/UAE regulatory standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock to avoid shortages or overstocking
  • Verify batch numbers, expiry dates, and documentation of received goods
  • Maintain procurement records, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate pricing when required

Administrative Duties

  • Provide general administrative support to the team and management
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (physical & digital)
  • Coordinate internal communications and schedule meetings
  • Assist in license renewals, regulatory submissions, and documentation
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed
  • Handle correspondence with regulatory authorities and vendors

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy
  • **A valid MoH pharmacist license or eligibility preferred**
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in procurement, regulatory, or pharmacy-related roles
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and supply chain processes
  • Familiarity with UAE regulatory guidelines (MOH/DHA/DOH) is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Nationality preferred: Philippines
  • **Please note the MoH eligibility letter is compulsory.**
