U-Security Resources Qatar is looking for a skilled **Procurement Officer / Purchasing Coordinator** to join our team.
This role is essential for managing and optimizing our procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and efficiencies.
- Manage the purchasing process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to ensure supply needs are met.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new suppliers.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports on purchasing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from **40** **to** **90** **QAR**, based on experience and qualifications.
