About the Job
We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Procurement Officer / General Assistant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The role involves managing procurement processes, negotiating contracts, and overseeing purchasing activities. The candidate will also support general management functions such as supplier relationship management, inventory coordination, operational support, and assisting in strategic business decisions.
Qualifications
• Strong experience in procurement and purchasing processes
• Skilled in supplier management, sourcing, and contract negotiation
• Ability to prepare and manage Purchase Orders
• Strong analytical and market evaluation skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of local and international sourcing practices and compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
• Experience in food or trading industry is an advantage
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required
