Procurement Officer based at Dubai – Business Diamond Centre 2.
Full-time, on-site role.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and services for construction, interiors, joinery, and other business units.
- Build and manage supplier relationships in UAE and international markets.
- Coordinate order tracking, logistics, and timely material delivery.
- Monitor prices and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Assess and prequalify vendors based on quality, pricing, and reliability.
- Collaborate with project, design, and finance teams to align procurement with operational needs.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and pricing logs.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures and standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of procurement experience; construction, interiors, or manufacturing experience is ideal.
- Strong negotiation skills and a commercial mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE supply market.
