About Ere Homes
ERE Homes is a dynamic and fast-growing company in Dubai, committed to delivering excellence across real estate and construction-related projects.
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer with a strong background in construction materials procurement to join our team and support our ongoing operations and development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and procure construction materials, equipment, and services at competitive prices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and prepare procurement reports for management review.
- Ensure timely purchasing and delivery of materials to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project teams to forecast procurement requirements.
- Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and related procurement documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and UAE regulations.
- Coordinate with finance and operations departments regarding budgets, invoices, and payments.
- Stay updated on market trends, supplier availability, and pricing within the construction industry.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience within the construction industry in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to analyze costs and identify cost-effective purchasing solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement management systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
