Procurement Officer

Role Overview

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of UAE procurement experience.
• Experience in interior fit-out, construction, or design companies is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and purchasing finishing and fit-out materials.
• Experience dealing with suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating prices, and preparing purchase orders.
• Ability to compare quotations and ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Good knowledge of the UAE supplier market.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Immediate joining is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase materials according to project requirements.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and follow up on purchase orders.
• Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, Projects, and Accounts departments.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Compensation

• Pay starts from AED 5,000 per month.

Workplace and Employment

• The role is full-time.
• The work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
