Overview
- Manage and execute procurement activities for Civil and MEP projects.
- Handle the complete procurement cycle, from material requisition to purchase order issuance and delivery follow-up.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and others to understand material requirements and technical specifications.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain the best commercial and technical proposals.
- Maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor material deliveries and ensure timely supply to project sites.
- Maintain procurement records and update transactions accurately in the ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
