• Lead procurement for the pre-opening journey-from OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) readiness to vendor selection and delivery timelines-ensuring every space, tool, and touchpoint arrives on time and exceeds expectation.

• Forge meaningful partnerships with suppliers, artisans, and contractors-particularly within Saudi Arabia-to support local craft, sustainable sourcing, and cultural alignment.

• A Saudi National with procurement experience in luxury hospitality, pre-opening projects, or high-end mixed-use developments.
• Experienced in sourcing for multi-department, high-touch operations with strict timelines.
• A natural negotiator and relationship-builder, combining commercial acumen with cultural and aesthetic sensitivity.
• Operationally precise, commercially savvy, and deeply committed to quality and stewardship.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with confidence working across internal teams, suppliers, and ownership.
