Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for MEP and interior fit-out projects
• Source and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms
• Prepare and manage purchase orders and procurement schedules
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and cost optimization
• Maintain procurement records and compliance documentation
• Develop strong supplier relationships and strategic sourcing plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 8–15 years of experience in construction procurement
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and fit-out materials
• Experience in supplier negotiation and contract management
• Familiarity with Saudi market vendors and subcontractors
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects

Preferred Skills

• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems
• Experience in large-scale commercial or hospitality fit-out projects
