Procurement Manager – KSA

📌 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

We are supporting a client seeking a strategic and experienced Procurement Manager to lead indirect services procurement in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Based in KSA, you will develop and execute sourcing strategies across logistics services, including transportation, warehousing, distribution centers, and facilities management, managing an annual spend of approximately USD 50M and overseeing relationships with more than 100 suppliers.

This role requires strong commercial acumen, advanced negotiation capabilities, and the ability to optimize costs while ensuring service excellence, contractual compliance, and operational efficiency.

You will play a critical role in maintaining high food safety and quality standards across the supply chain, ensuring all service providers meet regulatory and operational requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in delivering measurable cost savings, strengthening supplier performance management, and maintaining disciplined budget oversight, while also leading and developing a team to drive continuous improvement across the procurement function.

🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

▸ Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.

▸ Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in procurement teams, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.

▸ Proven experience in managing indirect procurement, with a specialization in logistics services (transportation, warehousing, facilities).

▸ Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sourcing plans and conduct thorough market analysis.

▸ Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management skills with a large supplier base.

▸ Experience managing large-scale procurement budgets (e.g., U$ 50M) and a track record of delivering significant cost savings.

▸ In-depth knowledge of procurement operations, cost management, and supplier performance metrics (e.g., OTIF).

▸ Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulatory compliance within a supply chain context.

✨ 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀:

▸ A specialization or certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

▸ Direct experience working within the KSA market with an established network of logistics providers.

▸ Previous experience in a role with team management or supervision responsibilities.

▸ Proficiency with procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools.

▸ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

💰 Compensation

AED 40K to 50K, +25% Annual Bonus, + Family Medical
