At Saraj Venue / Al Rajhi Company, we seek a dynamic Procurement Manager with strong industry experience in hospitality and catering to lead purchasing operations and build reliable supplier partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies.
- Manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations.
- Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor inventory and purchasing activities.
- Coordinate with operations and finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in hospitality and catering procurement.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
- Experience in Saudi market procurement is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies that enhance cost efficiency, optimize spending, and support organizational objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with strategic suppliers while maintaining sustainable and long-term vendor relationships.
- Lead high-level negotiations for major contracts to secure the most favorable commercial terms, pricing structures, and credit conditions.
- Conduct market analysis and procurement risk assessments to develop contingency plans and ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations.
- Monitor procurement budgets and expenditures to ensure alignment with the Group’s financial goals and governance standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Prepare and present analytical reports, procurement KPIs, savings initiatives, and performance insights to senior management.
