Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily procurement operations for all branches and central kitchen requirements.
- Source new suppliers and evaluate existing suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best offers and contractual terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure continuous availability of required materials.
- Develop purchasing plans based on operational needs and forecasts.
- Coordinate with different departments (operations, finance, HR) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Inspect and monitor the quality of received products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement performance and costs.
- Work on reducing costs and improving supply chain efficiency.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement within the food and restaurant industry.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Good knowledge of supply chain and inventory management.
