🚨 We Are Hiring – Procurement Manager (Japanese Automotive Spare Parts) 🚨
We are hiring for one of our esteemed clients in the automotive industry based in Dubai, UAE.
📍 Location: Dubai Head Office, Dubai, UAE
💼 Position: Procurement Manager – Japanese Automotive Spare Parts
💰 Salary: AED 12,000 – 15,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ End-to-end procurement of OEM & aftermarket automotive spare parts
✔️ Vendor sourcing, supplier management & international procurement
✔️ Inventory planning, stock optimization & replenishment management
✔️ Negotiation of pricing, contracts, delivery schedules & payment terms
✔️ Coordination with sales, logistics & pricing teams
✔️ Procurement strategy implementation & cost optimization
✔️ Team leadership, KPI management & stakeholder coordination
🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive spare parts procurement/purchasing
✅ Strong exposure to Japanese automotive spare parts
✅ UAE market experience preferred
✅ Strong negotiation, vendor management & inventory management skills
✅ Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel & procurement tools
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
