Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations for high-end construction and fit-out projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement planning within the construction and interior fit-out industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete procurement cycle for construction and fit-out projects.
- Develop procurement strategies to achieve cost efficiency, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and materials for fit-out and construction activities.
- Handle commercial negotiations, contracts, pricing, and supplier agreements.
- Coordinate with project managers, quantity surveyors, and site teams to ensure timely material delivery.
- Monitor procurement budgets and control project costs effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and strategic partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and local regulations.
- Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and procurement risks.
- Prepare procurement reports, forecasts, and management updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8–15 years of procurement experience in construction and fit-out projects.
- Strong experience in vendor management and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent knowledge of construction materials, interior finishes, and subcontracting packages.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia/GCC market is preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
