We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Procurement Manager
to join our team and lead procurement operations for our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
β Develop and implement procurement strategies for project materials and subcontract packages
β Manage sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and supplier relationships
β Procure construction materials, equipment, and services in line with project schedules
β Monitor budgets, cost control, and achieve value-driven purchasing
β Prepare and manage RFQs, tendering, bid analysis, and contract negotiations
β Coordinate with project, planning, and commercial teams for material requirements
β Ensure timely procurement and delivery to meet project deadlines
β Evaluate supplier performance and maintain approved vendor databases
β Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and procurement procedures
β Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement operations
Requirements
β Bachelorβs degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or related field
β Proven experience as Procurement Manager in construction / fit-out projects
β Strong knowledge of sourcing, contracts, and vendor management
β Experience in procurement of construction materials and subcontract packages
β Strong negotiation, commercial, and cost-control skills
β Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Industry Experience: A minimum of [7-10] years in procurement, with proven experience specifically within a construction company.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction materials, technical specifications, and vendor markets in Saudi Arabia.
