  • 🎯 The Role
  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations, sourcing initiatives, and supplier management activities.
  • The ideal candidate will drive cost optimization, improve procurement efficiency, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and organizational standards.
  • πŸš€ Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and budget objectives
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and value creation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and strategic partners
  • Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to support sourcing decisions
  • Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and contract terms to achieve favorable outcomes
  • Monitor supplier performance, service quality, and compliance with contractual obligations
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, legal, and business teams on procurement requirements
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with organizational policies, regulations, and ethical standards
  • Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, forecasts, and recommendations for leadership
  • βœ… Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, CPPB, or equivalent are advantageous
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, contract negotiation, and sourcing strategies
  • Experience conducting vendor assessments, spend analysis, and procurement planning
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with ERP systems, procurement software, and supplier management platforms is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
