Responsibilities
- Source materials and/or services as per project requirements.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs)
- Monitor procurement status and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Process invoices in coordination with the accounts team
- Coordinate shipping, monitor deliveries, and manage relationships with freight forwarders
- Handling coordination and documentation of shipments (Invoice, PL, COO, GCC/Arab League Certificate, Duty Exemption, MOFAIC etc.)
- Act as a bridge between suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in handling shipments/logistics work
- 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or a related coordination
- Experience in Glass Industry /Construction – Contracting Company is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree
