**Job Title:** Procurement Officer (UAE Driving License Required)
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized **Procurement Officer** to join our team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, obtaining quotations, placing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods for our maintenance and renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and purchase construction, MEP, and maintenance materials.
- Obtain and compare supplier quotations.
- Negotiate prices and delivery terms.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Coordinate deliveries to project sites.
- Monitor inventory and replenish stock when required.
- Visit suppliers and project sites as needed.
- Ensure purchases meet company quality and budget requirements.
Requirements
- UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Experience in procurement, preferably in construction, fit-out, or facilities maintenance.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local suppliers in the UAE.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP/Procurement software experience is an advantage.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys negotiating, building supplier relationships, and ensuring projects have the right materials at the right time.
- Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
