Full-time, on-site Procurement Executive role based in Sharjah.
Manages end-to-end purchasing, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating terms, and raising purchase orders under company policies.
Coordinates supply of materials and services, monitors inventory and deliveries, and supports compliant procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate prices and terms, and raise purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely and accurate supply.
- Review procurement requests and maintain supplier records.
- Analyze costs and vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and internal standards.
- Support contract management and resolve order or delivery issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in purchasing processes, purchase orders, and purchase management.
- Strong analytical skills for cost comparisons, vendor evaluation, and data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement or ERP software, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Procurement or supply chain experience in construction, engineering, manpower, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE labor regulations and local market suppliers is an advantage.
