About NAVO
NAVO is a leading ergonomic furniture and workspace solutions company based in the UAE.
We are looking for a Procurement & Inventory Executive to manage international suppliers, oversee inventory planning, and ensure healthy stock levels across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with international suppliers and factories
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and MOQs
- Coordinate production schedules, shipments, and inbound deliveries
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing requirements
- Maintain reorder points and prevent stock shortages
- Identify overstock and slow-moving inventory risks
- Prepare procurement and inventory reports
- Continuously improve procurement and inventory processes
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, inventory planning, or supply chain
- Proven experience working with international suppliers and overseas factories
- Experience managing imported products is mandatory
- Strong understanding of inventory planning and forecasting
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership

Salary
