Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Procurement Executive to join our team specializing in building materials.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Procurement & sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients & suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue LPOs, RFQs, and supplier packages with comparison sheets.
  • Negotiate terms with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and quality service.
  • Manage both local and international purchasing processes, including forwarding and documentation.
  • Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform inventory analysis and assist in stock management to meet project requirements.
  • Support procurement documentation, data entry, and basic accounting functions.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with safety, quality, and company policies.
  • Assist senior staff in vendor evaluation, negotiations, and procurement strategies

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in procurement is required, specifically in the building materials or hardware industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and analysis.
  • Basic accounting skills, including data entry and financial documentation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is an advantage.
  • High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Valid UAE driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
