Procurement Executive

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, prepare purchase orders, and follow up with vendors.
• Compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure materials are delivered on time.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and inventory reports.
• Coordinate material requirements with project teams.
• Handle filing, document control, correspondence, reporting, office records, and database updates.
• Follow company policies and procurement procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE procurement experience; UAE experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; good organization and time management.
• ERP experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
