Role and experience

Procurement duties

• Manage daily purchasing and procurement activities in line with company requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers for competitive prices.
• Request and compare supplier quotations and prepare purchase orders.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain supplier records, pricing details, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
• Verify supplier invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders for accuracy.

Inventory, coordination, and reporting

• Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, and operations teams regarding deliveries and payments.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment as required.
• Maintain purchasing and inventory records using Zoho software.
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain documentation for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Required qualifications

• 1–2 years of procurement or purchasing experience in the UAE.
• Hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books or other relevant Zoho applications.
• Good understanding of purchase orders, supplier quotations, invoices, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of UAE suppliers and local purchasing practices.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Preferred qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Pay

• Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.

• Work is in person.
