Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for interior fit-out projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Source materials, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Obtain, compare, and evaluate quotations.
- Coordinate procurement activities and material deliveries.
- Maintain procurement and cost records.
- Assist in tender preparation and project cost analysis.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement and Estimation within the construction or interior fit-out industry.
- Knowledge of BOQs, material specifications, and construction drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & Auto CAD.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
