Full-time, hybrid Procurement Engineer role based in Riyadh, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.
Responsible for end-to-end procurement activities supporting construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Source materials and services; prepare and review RFQs.
- Coordinate with suppliers to support timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate terms, and process purchase orders in line with project requirements and company policies.
- Analyze technical and commercial offers and prepare procurement reports.
- Collaborate with project, engineering, and finance teams to support construction projects.
- Maintain procurement documentation, monitor market trends, and improve procurement processes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in supplier evaluation and RFQ preparation and management.
- Skills in handling purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret technical and commercial data for decision-making.
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional and vendor collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Procurement experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and familiarity with ERP or procurement systems.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage multiple priorities.
