Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for switchgear components (breakers, relays, panels).
- Float RFQs/RFPs, analyze quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with vendors.
- Ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and production schedules
Technical Procurement (Switchgear Focus)
- Review technical specifications, BOQs, and drawings before placing orders.
- Procure components such as:
• MCCBs, ACBs, VCBs
- Protection relays & PLCs
- Busbars, enclosures, cables
- Coordinate with engineering teams for approvals and substitutions.
