Role summary
The role manages sourcing, vendor coordination, and procurement activities for MEP works.
Responsibilities
- Procure MEP materials and subcontract packages.
- Prepare RFQs, evaluate bids, and negotiate with vendors.
- Issue purchase orders and track deliveries according to the project schedule.
- Coordinate with site, QS, and engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and cost budgets.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of MEP procurement experience.
- Good knowledge of UAE MEP suppliers and materials.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
