Graduate with Minimum 3-5 Years of UAE exposure in Joinery / Fitout.
Job Description
1.
Identify potential suppliers, conduct market research, and evaluate their capabilities to ensure the selection of reliable partners
2.
Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to secure favorable agreements in terms of cost, quality, and delivery
3.
Develop with the Manager and implement procurement policies and procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
4.
Stay informed about market trends, price fluctuations, and potential supply chain disruptions
5.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and vendor performance evaluations
6.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination of procurement activities with project timelines
7.
Comply with ISO 9001: 2015 policies, procedure and forms
