Support procurement operations within a real estate development team.
Source materials and services, coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and support timely, cost-effective purchasing aligned with project requirements.
Procurement duties
- Assist with procurement from supplier identification through purchase order issuance; coordinate sourcing for construction and development projects.
- Support vendor negotiations, maintain supplier relationships, and assist with onboarding new vendors.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams on material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance; track purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory to ensure materials are available on site.
Records and compliance
- Ensure procurement complies with company policies and UAE regulations.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation; coordinate invoice verification and timely payment with Finance.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience; construction experience of 3 years and real estate experience of 3 years are each required.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills; good communication and vendor management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/procurement systems; knowledge of UAE suppliers and market practices is an advantage.
Pay
- AED 5,000–7,000 per month.
