Alnajah Dental Lab is seeking an organized and proactive Procurement Coordinator with healthcare experience to support purchasing operations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate purchasing of dental materials, equipment, and lab supplies.
- Request and compare supplier quotations; prepare and process purchase orders and track them through delivery.
- Follow up with suppliers on order status, delays, and documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and alert management to upcoming material needs.
- Check received items against orders and coordinate returns or replacements when needed.
- Maintain procurement records, supplier lists, and invoices.
- Act as a link between lab technicians, suppliers, and the accounts team.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of procurement or purchasing experience in healthcare, medical, or dental.
- Familiarity with medical or dental products is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and inventory or ERP systems.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–7,000 per month.
