Procurement Contract Specialist (Healthcare Fit out)

• We are currently looking for an experienced Executive – Procurement & Contracts to join a leading healthcare project organization in Dubai.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement and contracting activities, supporting tendering processes, vendor management, contract administration, and ensuring operational excellence across procurement functions.
• 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement and contract lifecycle activities
• Support preparation of RFPs, RFQs, and tender documentation
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for procurement requirements
• Handle contracts, NDAs, LOIs, LOAs, and supplier agreements
• Monitor vendor performance, contract compliance, and cost optimization
• Resolve procurement and payment-related issues with suppliers/vendors
• Maintain accurate procurement and contract documentation
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
• 🔹 Requirements:
• ✔ Experience in Procurement & Contracts within UAE
• ✔ Strong understanding of tendering and vendor management processes
• ✔ Experience handling contracts and procurement documentation
• ✔ Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• ✔ Healthcare, construction, or project-based industry experience is preferred
