The Director role is described as full-time and on-site in Ahmedabad.
The role oversees overall business operations, strategy, and organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams, set performance goals, and ensure projects and services meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
- Review business performance metrics, guide department heads, and make data-informed decisions.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Drive business development, identify market opportunities, and support talent development through mentoring, hiring, and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term planning, risk management, and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills, including experience guiding cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong strategic planning and business management capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Experience in technology or IT services and understanding of project delivery, product development, or solution implementation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change, improve processes, and implement operational best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage.
- Track record of business development, account management, or revenue growth initiatives.
- Comfort working on-site in Ahmedabad with a hands-on approach to team collaboration and day-to-day operations.
