Purchase Assistant
- SDAD Auto Spare Parts Trading LLC is looking to hire a Purchase Assistant to join our team in Dubai.
- SDAD is a company specialized in supplying a wide range of auto spare parts for different vehicle brands such as Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, and others. The company is located in Mainland Dubai and is engaged in both local sales and export activities.
- The selected candidate may work in both Deira and JAFZA, based on business needs.

Main Responsibilities
Assist the purchasing team in daily tasks and coordination
Prepare and follow up on RFQs with suppliers
Support in preparing and processing purchase orders
Follow up on supplier quotations, confirmations, and delivery updates
Assist in invoice matching and document checking
Compare supplier prices and basic commercial terms
Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding item availability, receipts, and follow-up
Maintain proper records of purchasing documents and supplier communications
Support the team in routine purchase-related administrative work
Candidate Profile
Good communication skills in English
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic discipline, follow-up ability, and attention to detail
Ability to work across different locations when required
Responsible and cooperative attitude toward daily purchasing tasks
