We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Assistant to support end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations in a fast-paced company.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience and a solid understanding of the full procurement cycle from sourcing to delivery and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end procurement processes from requisition to delivery and stock update
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and invoice postings in SAP S/4HANA (mandatory)
- Maintain accurate inventory, stock postings, and system updates in SAP
- Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate with local and international suppliers
- Track shipments, coordinate with logistics teams, and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor and update stock reports, ensuring availability and accuracy at all times
- Assist in demand planning and replenishment to avoid stock shortages or overstocking
- Support invoice verification and coordinate with finance for timely processing
- Maintain supplier database and ensure proper documentation and records
- Prepare MIS reports, procurement analysis, and cost comparisons for senior management
- Coordinate closely with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations
Mandatory Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement / supply chain
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (compulsory) — including PO, GRN, invoice, and inventory postings
- Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and supply chain processes
- Advanced Excel skills (mandatory) — reporting, analysis, and data management
- Experience handling multi-product procurement and multiple suppliers
- Strong coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders

- Strong analytical and reporting skills (MIS, cost analysis, stock reports)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in system entries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- UAE/Africa country experience preferred
