Role overview

Procurement operations

• Support vendor onboarding, material pricing, purchase requisition-to-purchase order conversion, invoice disputes, and supplier issue resolution.
• Set up and maintain SAP outline agreements and vendor master data; review blocked invoices and procurement records.
• Monitor compliance, invoice dispute, supplier management, and requisition-to-purchase-order cycle-time reports.
• Document workflows, standardize processes, identify systemic issues, and recommend corrective actions and improvements.
• Prepare training materials and guide end users on procurement processes.

SAP S/4HANA project

• Support rollout of the future SAP-based global procure-to-pay solution through requirements gathering, design workshops, data conversion, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
• Assist with configuration, testing, and deployment for purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier management, and invoice processing.
• Contribute to solution and functional design documents, test plans, and test scripts; lead end-to-end testing.
• Support procurement master-data migration, validation, and cleansing; monitor progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, procurement policies, and regulatory requirements.
