Procure to Pay Accelerator

Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Set up and maintain outline agreements in SAP globally in line with sourcing team requirements.
• Review blocked invoices to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare training documents and train/guide other functions on procedures and processes.
• Apply data cleansing tools to review and audit procurement data and maintain vendor master data.
• Assist in resolution of supplier issues including billing discrepancies and shipment conditions.
• Complete and monitor reports such as compliance monitoring, invoice dispute resolutions, supplier management, and PR/PO cycle time.
• Develop and execute action plans to correct errors and prevent recurrence.
• Participate in special projects including automation and process improvements.
• Document procurement workflows and assist in standardization of processes.
• Assist stakeholders in the procure-to-pay process including PR/PO creation and issue resolution.

S4 HANA Project

• Roll out the future SAP-based Global Template for the procure-to-pay solution including requirements gathering, design workshops, development, data conversion, UAT, cutover, and hyper care.
• Assist in configuration, testing, and deployment of procurement functionalities including Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Supplier Management, and Invoice Processing.
• Participate in development of solution design documents, functional design documents, test plans, and test scripts.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support for system adoption.
• Lead and execute end-to-end testing for procure-to-pay functionalities.
• Monitor and report on rollout progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Support data migration, validation, and cleansing of procurement master data.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, procurement policies, and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3 or more years of experience in large SAP transformation projects with SAP MM and S4 MM experience required.
• Experience designing and deploying solutions to transform business processes.
• Proven hands-on experience implementing and rolling out SAP S4 HANA, primary module MM (Procurement).
• Experience managing and delivering multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with attention to detail and multi-tasking.

Preferred Skills

• Robotic Process Automation experience is a plus.
• Experience with a source-to-pay platform such as GEP or SAP Ariba is highly preferred.
