A full-time Process Technologist is required for a state-of-the-art confectionery facility in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai.

This role involves optimizing production lines for efficiency and supporting R&D teams in launching new products, while ensuring all processes meet food safety and quality standards.
**Job Title:** Process Technologist - Confectionery Facility (Full-Time)
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance food processing methods, systems, and equipment
- Troubleshoot process issues and suggest technical improvements
- Collaborate with production and QA teams on new product trials
- Document and monitor process parameters and improvements
Requirements
- Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food/confectionery processing
- Problem-solving mindset with knowledge of food safety practices
- Open to all nationalities and genders
