The description identifies the job as Facilities Maintenance Analyst in the Facilities Maintenance area of responsibility for retail.
Employees are expected to work US shifts.
Key activities
- Monitor energy consumption and performance.
- Manage maintenance ticket workflows and track service-level agreements and maintenance metrics.
- Coordinate maintenance execution and vendors.
- Maintain building management systems, conduct audits, and track inventory and parts usage.
- Use data to identify opportunities and communicate business problems, solutions, and results through dashboards.
- Own facilities projects independently and work with stakeholders to bring projects to completion.
Experience and skills
- 2–4 years of facilities operations experience and 2–5 years of total work experience.
- Experience delivering business-value facilities projects and independently owning and running projects.
- Retail fraud prevention, loss prevention, and detection knowledge.
- Facilities systems knowledge, vendor coordination, reporting, analytics, case management, attention to detail, documentation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; advanced deep-dive and root cause analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills and spoken and written English for customer contact by calls, SMS, chats, and email.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, statistics, mathematics, economics, operations management, computer science, business management, or commerce.
