Position Overview

Location Requirement

• Applicants must reside in or currently serve within a 45-mile radius of Kent County, MD .
• Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience in legal document delivery. Ideal candidates may include:
• Licensed Private Investigators
• Experienced Process Servers
• Current or Former Law Enforcement Professionals

Key Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts: Collections Files: Up to 5 attempts at varied times (morning, evening, weekend, etc.) Non-Collections Files: 2 diligent attempts (morning and evening)
• Collections Files: Up to 5 attempts at varied times (morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
• Non-Collections Files: 2 diligent attempts (morning and evening)
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)
• Electronically sign all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service
• Use ProVest’s mobile applications to: Upload photo evidence of addresses Record service or non-service outcomes Submit detailed attempt notes

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance
• Smartphone capable of running mobile apps
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Professionalism, punctuality, and strong attention to detail
• Job Type: Full-time | Contract (1099) Pay: $50 – $500 per week (based on job volume)
