Overview
We are hiring a **Process / Production Technologist** for a well-established **bakery and confectionery manufacturing company**.
The role is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining production processes while ensuring consistent product quality and food safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, yield, and product consistency
- Monitor production parameters and ensure adherence to defined quality standards
- Set up, control, and adjust technological regimes on production lines
- Implement new formulations and support continuous improvement of existing recipes
- Work closely with QA/QC teams to resolve quality issues and support audits
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical and process documentation
- Ensure full compliance with food safety and quality standards, including **HACCP and ISO**
Requirements
- Proven experience as a **Process / Production Technologist** in **bakery or confectionery manufacturing**
- Strong technical knowledge of **dough-based and sugar-based products** such as cookies, biscuits, cakes, pastries, and related items
- Hands-on experience with industrial production lines and process optimization
- Good understanding of food safety regulations and quality systems
Salary & Benefits
- **AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and expertise)**
