Key Responsibilities
- Analyze processes, workflows, procedures, and operations to identify bottlenecks, duplication, gaps, and inefficiencies.
- Design and implement optimized workflows, procedures, operating processes, and improvement strategies.
- Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, root-cause analysis, performance assessments, and stakeholder workshops.
- Identify automation, digitization, standardization, and operational efficiency opportunities.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, process metrics, productivity indicators, dashboards, and realized benefits.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, HR, Sales, Procurement, and other departments.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies.
- Evaluate process changes against cost, productivity, quality, customer experience, risk, controls, and compliance.
- Develop business cases, proposals, process documentation, implementation plans, SOPs, guidelines, and training materials.
- Support ERP, CRM, workflow automation, system implementation, digital transformation, and process management projects.
- Provide management updates on initiatives, results, risks, control gaps, and recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in process optimization, business process improvement, operational excellence, management consulting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow analysis, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, BPM, Agile, or similar framework experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to develop practical, scalable solutions for complex process issues.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, performance measurement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Experience with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- ERP, CRM, workflow automation, BI, or process management systems experience is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, or similar process analysis tools.
- Ability to manage multiple improvement projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred; Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CBAP, or related certifications are advantageous.
