Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Responsibilities

  • · Operate mechanized equipment safely and efficiently · Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues · Monitor operations via control room systems · Sample and test products for quality assurance · Load/unload trucks, railcars, and containers · Pack, inspect, and handle various packaging formats · Transfer product between tanks as needed · Maintain inventory and cleanliness of equipment · Handle chemicals safely and according to protocols
  • What you will bring:
  • · High school diploma or GED (required) · Ability to read, write, and speak English · Strong communication and teamwork skills · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision · Computer literacy; SAP experience is a plus · Mechanical/problem-solving skills (preferred) · Knowledge of GMP and food safety (a plus) · Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification (required)
