Process Operator Experienced

Key Responsibilities

• Operate fixed plant safely and efficiently, prioritising tasks to support production targets and maximise operational uptime. Identify, report and manage hazards and incidents, and troubleshoot minor plant and equipment defects. Monitor sample station results and respond to help ensure product quality meets specification. Work with port teams and the wider supply chain to minimise disruptions and maximise productivity. Communicate clearly, support team wellbeing, model positive workplace behaviours and contribute to continuous improvement. Qualifications and Experience Experience in mining, mineral processing or a similar heavy industry is highly regarded. Shiploading and/or bulk materials handling experience is desirable. Control room systems experience is advantageous. Previous port experience and a current MSIC are desirable. Familiarity with SAP systems is desirable. A proactive, can-do attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement for yourself and your team.
