  • 🎯 The Role
  • We are seeking an experienced Process Manager to manage, optimize, and govern business processes across the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will analyze workflows, implement process improvements, establish standards, and work with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, document, and maintain business process frameworks, standards, and governance models
  • Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement optimization initiatives
  • Lead process improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM
  • Create process maps, workflows, procedures, and operational documentation
  • Establish process performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
  • Collaborate with business teams to streamline operations and improve process effectiveness
  • Conduct process reviews, gap assessments, and root cause analyses
  • Support automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency
  • Facilitate process improvement workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
  • Prepare process performance reports, insights, and recommendations for leadership
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
  • Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, BPM, PMP, or equivalent are advantageous
  • 5+ years of experience in process management, business process improvement, operations management, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing process optimization initiatives or business transformation projects preferred
  • Strong knowledge of business process management (BPM), workflow design, process mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with process documentation tools, workflow platforms, and business analytics systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple process improvement initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
