Process Foreman (Hazardous Waste)

Conduct work activities in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.Follow chain of Custody Procedures.Responsible for smooth & safe operation.Implementation of safe & good storage procedure for the waste in process.Maintain the process documents.Collect the analysis data of the waste before going for landfill operation.Schedule & plan for landfill operation.Conducting the Toll box talk.Originating the PTW and provide the detailed work description in the permit form and seek necessary support from HSE Engineer/ Officer to identify all the hazards associated with the work and determine the required controls.Operate, monitor, and control equipment and machinery for waste treatment and recycling processes.Manage the safe collection, sorting, and processing of various waste types (hazardous, non-hazardous, liquid, and solid).Ensure proper segregation and storage of waste materials to prevent contamination.Assist in the treatment and disposal of industrial or chemical waste.Collecting samples after treatment and hand overing to laboratory for analysis.Record process data and report.Coordinate with Foreman to adjust process parameters to optimize efficiency and comply with environmental standards.Preparing the equipment / machinery as per the permit requirement and handover to the maintenance personnel for safe execution of PM/ CM.Follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs).Safe handling of equipment and process to protect the environment.Assign Operators/Assistant Operators and helpers to carry out the field operations as per schedule.Inspect the work area/ equipment af
