- نبذة عن الوظيفة:
- تبحث الشركة عن مدير هندسة عمليات يتمتع بخبرة هندسية متقدمة لقيادة فرق هندسة العمليات والإشراف على تصميم وتحسين وتشغيل العمليات الصناعية، مع ضمان تحقيق أعلى مستويات الكفاءة والسلامة والجودة في المشاريع التشغيلية والصناعية.
- المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- قيادة فريق هندسة العمليات وتطوير الكفاءات الفنية.
- تصميم وتحسين العمليات الصناعية في مشاريع النفط والغاز أو الصناعات الثقيلة.
- إعداد ومراجعة المخططات الهندسية مثل PFDs وP&IDs.
- إجراء الدراسات الهندسية مثل HAZOP وHAZID وWhat-If Analysis.
- تحسين كفاءة العمليات وتقليل التكاليف التشغيلية.
- دعم مراحل التصميم والهندسة في مشاريع EPC.
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة والبيئة.
- التنسيق مع فرق الميكانيكا، الكهرباء، والأجهزة (Instrumentation).
- تحليل أداء العمليات واقتراح حلول تحسين مستمرة.
- إعداد التقارير الفنية والإدارية للإدارة العليا.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة الكيميائية أو هندسة العمليات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 10 إلى 15 سنة في هندسة العمليات، منها خبرة قيادية.
- خبرة في مشاريع النفط والغاز أو البتروكيماويات أو الصناعات الثقيلة.
- معرفة قوية ببرامج المحاكاة مثل:
- Aspen HYSYS
- Aspen Plus
- فهم عميق لعمليات الإنتاج والتكرير والمعالجة.
- الشهادات المفضلة:
• Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
- PMP (ميزة إضافية)
- شهادات HSE مثل NEBOSH أو OSHA
- المهارات المطلوبة:
- تصميم وتحليل العمليات الصناعية.
- القيادة وإدارة الفرق الفنية.
- حل المشكلات الهندسية المعقدة.
- إدارة المشاريع والتحسين المستمر.
- مهارات التواصل والتنسيق بين التخصصات.
- التفكير التحليلي واتخاذ القرار.
