Process Engineer

Overview

Principal Accountabilities

• Champion a "Stop and Fix" World-Class Operations Management culture transformation by implementing structured daily tiered accountability meetings and actively encouraging problem-solving among operations stakeholders.
• Facilitate in-depth reviews of operations performance, presenting key metrics, insights, and progress updates on key initiatives to local and regional leaders, thereby driving informed decision-making and strategic alignment.
• Lead and facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) workshops within operations to identify and address underlying issues.
• Plan and develop strategic roadmaps to drive operational excellence and optimize business expenditure, ensuring alignment with the annual budget and business objectives.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including finance, operations, and leadership, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of OPEX initiatives.

Knowledge & Experience

• The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering results in developing and implementing operational excellence strategies, with a focus on optimizing business expenditure and Customer on time delivery.
• Possess the technical skills necessary to resolve a broad array of business issues, including growth, productivity, quality, and margin.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive informed decision-making.
• Demonstrated mastery of various Lean or Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in implementing OPEX initiatives at a country level.
• A minimum of 5 year of experience in a manufacturing capacity.
• Exceptional team and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive business outcomes.

Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree of Engineering required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean practitioner credentials preferred.
• Formal training or certification in Data analytics is highly desirable.
