Process Development Engineer

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in analog circuits and semiconductor device characterization.
• Layout Skills:
• Experience in semiconductor layout using tools like Cadence Virtuoso, LEdit, or a willingness to learn.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Familiarity with Unix systems.
• Lab Equipment Skills:
• Proficiency in using various electronic lab equipment, including but not limited to:
• Automated probers
• Semiconductor parameter analyzers (SPA)
• Source measure units (SMU)
• S-parameter systems
• Curve Tracers
• Oscilloscopes
• Pulse Generators
• Power Supplies
• Hands-On Experience:
• Demonstrated experience in breadboarding and building experimental circuits.
• Programming Abilities:
• Software programming experience, particularly in instrument control and automation.
• Bonus Skills:
• Knowledge of RMB (HP Basic) is a significant plus.
